Description
RFID jewelry tags record jewelry information such as weight, purity, grade, warehouse location, storage area, and shelf number as specified on the national inspection certificate. When used in conjunction with jewelry inventory devices installed at the counter, they monitor, control, and track tagged jewelry items, enabling rapid inventory counts. This facilitates real-time tracking and intelligent sales management.
Features
Smooth, Waterproof PET Material
Highly Flexible and Bendable for Easy Application
Encapsulated in PET material, it features high flexibility, water resistance, and scratch and wear resistance. It is currently widely used in asset management, large-scale equipment management, and logistics and warehousing management.
Strong Adhesion, Resistant to Detachment
Utilizes German-imported anisotropic conductive adhesive (ACA), which ensures a single conductive direction perpendicular to the Z-axis. Its conductive particle performance, bonding strength, and reliability far exceed those of ordinary conductive adhesives, resulting in a more stable and reliable connection between the antenna and the chip.
High Sensitivity
The built-in inlay antenna utilizes pre-exposure, development, and etching technology. The width of the aluminum etched lines can be controlled within ±0.03 mm, with the finest lines reaching 0.075 mm. The antenna lines are smooth, with minimal tolerances in line spacing and width, resulting in a more precise resonance frequency and faster, more stable read/write performance.
Free Design, Print Yourself
Art paper printing allows for the addition of logos as required. We offer free layout design for 2D codes, and you can also customize label dimensions, chip models, memory codes, barcode numbers, and more.
