Features
Lightweight with holes for sewing
Easy to embed or sew, with advantages such as water resistance, shock resistance, moisture resistance, and high-temperature resistance. It can be easily embedded or sewn into apparel products, and numbers can be directly screen-printed, pad-printed, inkjet-printed, or engraved onto the surface.
High-Temperature Resistance
Withstands temperatures up to 210°C. Utilizing a PPS one-piece injection molding process, the antenna core is injection-molded to provide excellent heat resistance. It can be used within a temperature range of 120–220°C, ensuring the product’s protection rating and maintaining its waterproof, high-temperature, chemical corrosion-resistant, and pressure-resistant properties.
Impact/Compression Resistance
Composed of COB, non-woven fabric, and metal fibers, with a layer of elastic film between the COB and nylon fabric, it withstands water flow impact and compression. Compared to similar products, it can withstand nearly 50% more wash cycles, reaching approximately 150 cycles.
Impact Resistance and Responsiveness
Supports over 100,000 write/erase cycles. Utilizes a seamless PPS encapsulation with COB and copper-wound wire on the exterior. Available chip options include Fudan 08N, NTAG213, Alien H3, iCode 2, Ultraight, and others, with data capable of being written and erased repeatedly over 100,000 times.
Acid and Alkali Resistance for Complex Environments
Waterproof and moisture-resistant, it withstands chemical corrosion from acids and alkalis, offering exceptional durability. There is no need to worry about water, acids, alkalis, or temperature during the washing process, making it suitable for complex and demanding environments.
