Description
PPS inspection tags are injection-molded from a specialty thermoplastic engineering plastic with excellent overall performance. They offer advantages such as flame retardancy, chemical resistance, good electrical insulation, high-temperature resistance, low-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and high strength. They are suitable for inspection tracking, equipment management, and outdoor equipment management.

High-Temperature Resistance
Withstands temperatures up to 210°C. Utilizing a one-piece PPS injection molding process that integrates the antenna into the body, the tag offers excellent heat resistance and can operate within a temperature range of 120–220°C. This ensures the product’s protection rating and guarantees properties such as water resistance, high-temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and pressure resistance.
Impact-Resistant and Responsive
Supports over 100,000 data write/erase cycles. Utilizes a seamless PPS encapsulation with COB and copper-wound wire on the exterior. Available chip options include N-Tag 213, Alien H3, and iCode SLIX, allowing for over 100,000 repeated write/erase cycles.
Acid and Alkali Resistant for Complex Environments
Waterproof, moisture-resistant, and resistant to chemical corrosion from acids and alkalis, offering exceptional durability and making it suitable for complex and harsh environments.
Pre-drilled Holes for Easy Installation
Easy to embed or sew in, with advantages such as water resistance, shock resistance, moisture resistance, and high-temperature resistance. Numbers can be directly screen-printed, pad-printed, inkjet-printed, or engraved onto the surface.
