Description
PCB (Printed Circuit Board), also known as a printed circuit board, is a type of printed circuit board. It is made with resin-coated copper foil or adhesive-backed copper foil as the substrate, primarily using a flip-chip bonding process. It is a highly reliable and highly flexible printed circuit board. By adding antennas and chips to the PCB, it becomes a PCB electronic tag. PCB electronic tags have excellent oxidation resistance, impact resistance, and waterproof performance, making them suitable for high-temperature outdoor environments and offering a longer lifespan for more durable use and easy information reading and transmission.

This product uses FR-4 material as the substrate, offering excellent reliability and consistency, and is widely used in metal environments such as asset management, logistics, equipment management, and internal production management. Easy to deploy, compact structure, and drop resistant.
● Excellent heat resistance and flame retardancy
The glass fiber layer is covered with flame-retardant epoxy resin. The tag's flame-retardant material reaches FR-4 level, exhibiting excellent heat resistance and self-extinguishing properties. ● Flexible Size: High-gain and high-bandwidth multi-layer epoxy board with drilled holes serves as the substrate, connecting multiple printed circuit boards through through-holes. This allows the tags to achieve excellent impedance matching, high gain, and high bandwidth in a small size, while also being structurally resistant to vibration and mechanical shock.
● Adaptable to Various Complex Environments
Utilizing a modified glass fiber epoxy resin composite laminate as the PCB substrate, the flame-retardant material reaches FR-4, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 200°C, high humidity, and pressures up to 15 bar. Furthermore, it resists hazardous chemicals such as H2SO4 and salt water.

Adaptable to various installation environments, easy to install. Depending on the actual installation environment, it can be fixed using 3M adhesive (with or without adhesive backing depending on customer requirements), screws, rivets, strong adhesive, etc.
