Description
Card Cube Group's JuBiaoYuan is a professional source factory specializing in RFID electronic tags and NFC library shelf management labels. We supply library shelf management labels, NFC electronic signs, and resin-coated shelf labels. Featuring stable read/write performance, durability, and easy application, these tags are suitable for book inventory and intelligent collection management, with custom production available. The RFID shelf label is an identification tag used to locate specific shelf positions for books. Installed on each shelf level, the label’s position number can be customized based on the library’s actual collection layout. The label surface is printed with shelf position information and the corresponding barcode number. Smart libraries utilize this RFID inventory system for inventory tracking, location verification, and error correction.
Features
Epoxy Resin Crystal Soft Rubber
The label is abrasion-resistant, anti-aging, moisture-proof, and corrosion-resistant. It is suitable for applications such as book archives, warehouse shelving, and equipment area control.
Flexible Selection of High-Frequency (HF) / Ultra-High-Frequency (UHF)
Protocols: Select between HF ISO 15693 and UHF ISO 18000-6C based on the application scenario. Utilizing a passive RFID chip with a metal-resistant RF design, the tags can be placed directly against metal surfaces without interference, ensuring stable and reliable performance. This resolves the issue of unreadable tags caused by metal interference in passive RFID applications. Additionally, considering scenarios where tags are applied to non-metallic surfaces, the tags are capable of reading RF information from both metal and non-metallic surfaces.
High Sensitivity
The built-in inlay antenna utilizes photolithography and etching technology, with aluminum etched line widths controlled within ±0.03mm and the finest lines reaching 0.075mm. The antenna lines are smooth, with minimal line spacing and width tolerances, resulting in a more precise resonance frequency and faster, more stable read/write performance.
Free Design
We can layout logos, characters, or serial numbers according to your requirements.
Easy Installation
Designed for convenient installation in various environments. Depending on the specific installation conditions, it can be secured using 3M adhesive tape, screws, rivets, or strong adhesive.
Application
Library archives, warehouse shelving, equipment area control, etc.
