Features
Lightweight with holes for sewing
Easy to embed or sew, with advantages such as waterproofing, shock resistance, moisture resistance, and high-temperature resistance. It can be easily embedded or sewn into apparel products, and the surface can be directly screen-printed, pad-printed, inkjet-printed, or engraved with numbers.
High-Temperature Resistance
Withstands temperatures up to 210°C. Utilizing a PPS one-piece injection molding process, the antenna is molded as an integral part of the material, providing excellent heat resistance. It can be used within a temperature range of 120–220°C, ensuring the product’s protection rating and maintaining its waterproof, high-temperature, chemical corrosion-resistant, and pressure-resistant properties.
Impact/Compression Resistance
Constructed from COB + non-woven fabric + metal fibers, with a layer of elastic film between the COB and nylon fabric, it withstands water flow impact and compression. It can withstand nearly 50% more wash cycles than similar products, reaching approximately 150 cycles.
Impact-Resistant and Responsive
Supports over 100,000 write/erase cycles. Features a seamless PPS encapsulation with COB and copper-wound wire. Compatible with chips such as Fudan 08N, Ntag213, Alien H3, iCode 2, and Ultraight, allowing for over 100,000 repeated write/erase cycles.
Acid and Alkali Resistance for Complex Environments
