Description
PPS inspection labels are injection-molded from a specialty engineering thermoplastic with excellent overall performance. They offer advantages such as flame retardancy, chemical resistance, good insulation properties, high-temperature resistance, low-temperature resistance, wear resistance, and high strength. They are suitable for inspection tracking, equipment management, and outdoor equipment management.

Utilizing a one-piece PPS injection molding process that integrates the antenna material, it offers excellent heat resistance and can operate within a temperature range of 120–220°C. This ensures the product’s protection rating, providing waterproofing, high-temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and pressure resistance.

Supports over 100,000 data rewrites. Features a seamless PPS encapsulation with COB and copper-wound wire. Compatible with chips such as N-Tag 213, Alien H3, and iCode SLIX, allowing for over 100,000 data rewrites.
